I really feel that we should go ahead with the pipeline. USA has a serious anti-Iran lobby. Getting sanctions taken off Iran in USA is equivalent to going to Mars without wearing any oxygen & coming back alive. We are waiting for a miracle which will never happen. Republicans swept the mid-term elections. Republicans support anti-Iran policy. They will not let these sanctions come off. We need to realize what we need to do to survive. Iran is our muslim brother country. Iran has never done anything to us that could put our sovereignty in danger. Iran is not our enemy. Iran wants to help us. We must not isolate Iran because rest of the world has decided to do so. Rest of the world even acknowledges Israel as a state when Pakistan does not. The problem Pakistan has is now. USA doesnt like China even but we havent tethered our bonds with China. USA is right now in India trying to fortify its relationship with India in spite of the fact that we have been constantly attacked on our borders by India & just lost 132 children to terrorism apparently funded by RAW. But, does that make us stop being an ally of USA in our war against terrorism. No. Of course not. Does our friendship with China make us an enemy of USA? Of course not. Does friendship of USA with India make USA our enemy? Of course NOT. We all have as nations of different geographies & socio-economic status very different needs. USA has a plate full of worms already. They do not have enough to fund Obamacare. How can we expect USA to support us financially in our energy crisis? We need to do what is the best for us right now. And more than that whether we need Iran or not, we must not isolate our muslim brother. It is just totally unIslamic. Pakistan was made in the name of Islam & if we are going to dump our muslim brothers isolating them because of the rest of the world.......what was the point of even making this country in the name of Islam? Just tell USA it is unIslamic to break ties with a muslim brother which it is technically. Iran is not a threat to USA. So, what is the big fuss about? Pakistan cannot run its country in a state of misery & desperation because republicans love Israel & hate Iran. At the end of the day, the last thing we want is the republican party of USA to run the politics of Pakistan.
