I really like the new moves shan T put on phase 2, in case you are wondering Im doing the modifiers for the whole program cause I truly believe anyone can do this, with that said dont think cause you are doing low impact moves its easy, nop, its not. The most you challenge yourself the better you will get. Today its Monday do not skip your work out, go for a jog, do some squats but keep moving cause lets be honest exercise its good for you, it doesnt matter if you are not looking to lose weight, the truth is that being active will be good for your physical, mental and emotional health. 👉 if you work out today, what did you do?
