I really loved this as it speaks to some of the core principles of what it takes to be a very good leader. I believe this is a cousin to Trish She Mohr who is a teacher at Holy Family. I loved his words that our inadequacies force us to reach out to those who can supply our needs and allows us to share our gifts with those who need them more than we do. This has been an everyday lesson during my last 3 + years as I am presented with new challenges/opportunties to become responsible for departments or initiatives that really stretch me beyond my comfort zone. Through it all God has been present and God has been good. We are truly blessed....
