I really need to learn this. I remember, when I was younger, I was put down, but then I realized, I was, and still am, the first to do it. We all need to care for ourselves. We are a vessel for God. I have learned to do some of these things though, and it makes life so much easier. like number 4, I have always relied upon my instincts and that has been a great help-but sometimes other people dont listen to you and that makes things difficult. And number 10-that should also say something about anger and forgiveness. Let go of the anger and forgive. It doesnt mean you have to be buds again, just know it takes so much pressure and pain off of your shoulders.
