I really think Paris is moving forward in a lot of ways. The Christmas In Paris event I attended and I though was a outstanding success!! My children and I really enjoyed and appreciated the efforts to bring this about. This event seemed to really draw the community together and inspire us for the future. The new High School is almost ready to go, new businesses are opening and expanding, which makes Paris look like a place you would want to live ~ Now the down side, from what I can see you can be a dead beat dad and be tens of thousands of dollars behind in child support, make repeated appearances in court with no accountability to be extended yet one more time over a period of YEARS, you can operate a meth lab next to a school and church in a homeless shelter and get a slap on the hand and you can also be arrested for murdering your children and bond out because it is more cost effective. These are reasons I wouldnt want to live in Paris if I was looking from the outside in but if I wanted to live on the other side of the law Paris would look very attractive because your rarely held accountable to the full extent of the law!!! The judicial system in Paris needs to not just wake up but man up and start doing the right thing for all Paris citizens!! What do you think?????
