I really wish we would all just recognize and acknowledge the fact that all human beings are of equal importance. Not one greater or less than the other. Why is this still not obvious to everyone? There should be nothing bold about taking pride in equality. Nothing outrageous in the suggestion that where you come from, whom you love, whom and how you worship (if at all), what color you are, what body parts youre born with, shouldnt make a difference in how you are respected and treated. We are all people. We are all the same, even with our differences. We should all be treated equally, with kindness and compassion. It’s an of course. But no, it’s not. It’s an of course not with too many people. And so we war...and war...and war. And war… With no end in sight. So lets be even more determined, you and I, to make noise about Love and Compassion and Forgiveness. These things aren’t violent, but they’re loud, and relentless. They’ve got courage, power and stamina on their side. They’re gonna be around for a while. Forever. Lets continue to give them props, to stand up and cheer for what they do in our world—all the light and inspiration and healing they provide. Love especially, because it all starts there. If everything is energy, and I believe it is, Love’s got the most juice. It’s the one thing that can drive everything else in a gentle and kind direction. It is the source for good. So lets keep loving our way through this world. Lets stay optimistic for change. Let’s unite—as the brothers and sisters we are—in dance, in song, in words, in art, in conversation and in prayer, for Peace and Love to wash over our planet and drench us all. Lets commit, right now, to NEVER stop spreading Love. I Love You.
