I recall back early in 2011, my husband was starting to watch those stupid ufo/alien shows that involved aliens and the ancient Egyptians and the myans etc. on the history channel. he forced me to watch these programs with him, he kept telling me how it seems true with all the evidence they have found and so forth. our youngest son could hear the tv from his room and kept telling his dad to stop believing the garbage they were putting on the tv. now, just for the record, their dad seemed convinced that these things were true, to a point that later in the week, he said he was beginning to doubt the bible. when he told me this, inside my mind I was freaked out, thinking this couldnt be happening. so, for the next 3 days, I wrestled with these concepts and what he had said to me. finally, on the third day I was at work, exhausted from all this spiritual wrestling, (I know exactly where I was standing and what I was doing) and i finally said in my mind Lord, im done with all of this, its either I believe all of what You say in the bible or none of it and I choose to believe all of it! immediately, I felt a sense of peace within myself. when I got home, I told him the conclusion I had come to and that there was no changing my mind. he didnt reply to me, as he was normally a pretty quiet guy. I left it at that. I dont know if it made a difference, I still hope it did. he passed away months later of a heart attack.
