I received a leaflet along with the daily newspaper today advertising Pizza Lavita. I ordered the large Pizza Diavola that was priced at BDT 1000. Time: The pizza arrived on time. It was, however, not as warm as Id expected. The pizza was okay. It lacked body, and the amount of topping was very sparse. I felt it could have used with a bit more of spice. It was a thin crust pizza, but the crust was pale in colour and soft which suggests underbaking. The pizza was advertised as a 16 inch pizza. On receiving it, I saw it measured to 14.4 inches only. The pizza came packed in a cardboard box, and fibres from the base were sticking to the pizza. It was very very unappealing to see downy tufts of fiber hanging from your pizza...not good... -_- Now for the good part: I called them back after I received the pizza and the person on the phone was very helpful. He did however say this The box we sent it in measures 16 inches per side . A little while later I received a call from the manager saying that theyd give me a regular sized pizza free with my next order. I dont think Im taking them up on their offer anytime soon.
