I received a letter from SA homeloans attorneys Moodie and Robertson stating that they are going to apply on the 24th of Oct for my house to be executable. I have repeatedly notified them in writting that they dont have a leagal standing. The Execution creditor on court documents is CHANGING TIDES after I gave them this letter following, that BLUE BANNER SECURITISATION VEHICLE is the creditor sent to me by mistake by a Sa homeloans emplyee.
