I recently came upon an accident at the north spingville exit on the south bound side of i15 where a diabetic women to my understanding was losing consciousness while on the freeway so she tried to get off that exit then went off the exit into the water in between the freeway and the offramp. When I pulled over two guys were standing on the side of the road one wet up to his knees and the other dry I asked if they had checked on the condition of the people inside they said you can see them moving around inside and thought that was good enough. The guy with wet pants up to his knees said when he stepped of the bank it instantly went up to his knees so he didnt proceed. Not a single emergency response vehicle was there or could one be seen or heard to be on its way yet. Once the guys saw me go back to my truck and striping my shoes and pants off dress clothes to head in they stopped talking to each other and one went for the vehicle wading through the water got to the back hatch of the SUV opened it talked to someone the proceeded to the drivers window and stayed there in nearly waist high water. I really hope this women wasnt attractive and that was the main reason the man stayed to help the women not to mention it took me showing up and being interested in helping as much as I could regardless of who was in the vehicle before those two decided to do more than have social hour.....LEAD. FOLLOW. OR GET THE HELL OUT OF THE WAY! .. maybe with there next encounter of an emergency situation the will get to be MEN in someones story.
