I recently got another double end bag. It is the first one that Ive had for a long time. Awesome workout and TONS TONS TONS of fun. Hit it for 30 minutes three times a week and watch what happens to your body(shredded) and mind(no stress). The main thing with finding a workout program and sticking to it is doing something that is fun. This is the number one key to success.
