I recently learned that Ohio is one of the 30 states that has passed the "Stand Your Ground" law, which means that our children (especially our young black youth) can be interpreted as acting suspicious and then pursued, confronted, and killed and their attacker could go free just as in the case of Mr. Martin. It is past the time for praying across this nation. Meaning...if you have not been praying now would be a good time to start. And no...I do not agree with the verdict for Mr. Zimmerman and I do not believe his account of the incident and I do not believe he was in fear of his life especially since he was the one... carrying the gun!
