★★★★★ I recently took my 4runner to Santa Rosa Transmission to get a full rebuild of the transmission since it had 180k miles on it and the first gear was exploding out of place. I love my 4runner, and so I did a lot of research to make sure I took it to the write people, and after the research, SRT proved to be the fantastic choice. The service was great! The people were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate. I was updated and communicated with effectively and professionally. I called a few times because I had a few questions and they were more than willing to help get the answer i needed as quickly as possible. The thing that stood out the most to me was that when I was initially quoted for the job, I was told (after all of the details) ...and we will do a great job. And when I went to pick up my suv, I could tell that they were proud of the work, and that they were excited to hand the keys over to me so I could enjoy the new transmission. Really thankful and excited to be driving such a great transmission. I highly recommend SRT!!! - A.
