I reckon everybody, has someone that they know, thats been around forever, or surely seems its so, to guide and for correction, and smack you on the bum, I dont know bout the others, for me it was me mum. Its true she wasnt massive, in fact she was quite small, but didnt seem to matter, to me she seemed quite tall, a little pocket dyn-a-mo, with heart made out of gold, no matter what the challenge, was on for young and old. Was known for her quilting, and all the flowers she grew,abundant in ca-melias, decked out in different hues, designs upon the blankets, so many different scenes, her hands were always busy, so selfless had she been. The fam-i-ly, it grew quite large, and mum would always keep, a record of the birthdays, never missed a beat, and loved the social aspect, of seeing all the folk, left her feeling kinda chuffed and looking really stoked You did go thru your share of pain,as trials came to pass, carried on a while, the years thru which theyd last, eventually, it proved too much for your little frame, and u departed from this place, and now its not the same. I miss u now youre gone, my mum,it is a different world, and nothing lasts forever, but sometimes wish they could,and in my heart I treasure, although a wee bit numb,the tiny little hiding place, that says I LOVE you mum.
