I remember, back in the 70s I think it was. Watching a comedian make his rather unusual entrance onto the stage at The Arcadia Theatre in Llandudno. When he was introduced, a rope ladder dropped down onto the centre of the stage. The comedian, whose name sadly escapes me, climbed down the ladder to the stage. He slowly walked up to the microphone whilst brushing the dust off his suit and said What a bloody stupid place to put a dressing room. Anyone remember his name?
