I remember growing up wishing I had been a part of the rock/metal phase in the early 90s.But I was only born in 93. Megadeth Metallica Type O Negative RobWhite Zombie Dream Theater and Woodstock 99 all of the concerts missed was depressing.. and now that I grew up in the 2,000s I am proud of it. Going to the good old Skating Palace.. a lot of this stuff would be playing. The All-nighters at the palace where you could skate all night if you wanted. I guess when asked what the 2,000s were like I will say it was awesome.. idk if it was because I was young, but back then it felt like everything was developing into what it is today (which actually turned out to be 80% shit)..Maybe an early 2,000s Hip-Hop video isnt the best way to express the early 2,000s... Because I am leaving out a LOT of other genres and underground stuff that deserves recognition. The music of our generations has so many different feels and brings back so many memories. Anyone feel it? ^.^ (3 3 Doors Down Green Day, Fall out boy, Radiohead, Oasis, Disturbed A Perfect Circle Linkin Park, Passion Pit Red Hot Chili Peppers The Killers The White Stripes, System of a Down, Pearl Jam, Alice in Chains, Coldplay and MANY more)
