I remember the message like it was yesterday... PUMP, We finally found someone that is more of a wacker than you... get down here! From the day I met Ian Swarr around 2006, I never met a child with a heart and willingness to push forward with all the odd stacked against them. As a child with a EB, he still found the strength to be just one of the guys. From day one, it didnt matter which firehouse we were at, he just fit in perfectly somehow with the guys. A true fireman at heart. They say the Lord always has a plan for you and the people you touch while you grace us with your strength and presents. God had his plan set for our Brother... Fireman Ian Swarr had just reached the age of 16 before his passing, the same age required to be a riding Junior member at most volunteer firehouses around the world... Its pretty clear to me what the lord had planned for our hero. Rest easy brother, your among the greatest fireman in the world now... Godspeed.
