I remember when I first got started in the home based business industry. I was the gopher running back and forth between my prospect and the company getting every single question answered. Then one day I realized that all of those people asking the questions were the broke people. So I stopped doing it. If the company video wasnt enough to give them all of the information that tens of thousands of other people enrolled with, they probably werent the right fit for my team. So I started giving that 100 question person the 1-800 number for customer support. Knock yourself out. They can spend as much time as they want with Customer Support directly and it doesnt take any of my personal time. For the most part, the people that have 100 questions never enrol anyway. Save yourself the grief. Best shift I ever made. Quality people dont have 100 questions and they look at your credibility and influence and just enrol. Once I made that shift, the broke people almost never showed up anymore and I only attracted quality people.
