I remember when it use to be super exciting as a young person to go to church. I wake up in the morning to BET Video Gospel then Bobby Jones, then gather in one car. I go to church ready to be the first person to explain the Sunday school lesson for that Sunday. Church service was good to where we (youth dept) were attentive or youll either get embarrassed by the parent, usher, or elder. Throughout the week, it seemed like there was always some sort of activity for the youth to do, and we were excited about it. Youth conferences and programs were awesome. Youth choir was awesome. All of this is still the same now but the excitement has left. I encourage young people to get back into that mode of being excited for God; be sincere but have fun doing it. I could tell you a lot more. :-)
