I rode my horse today and she was very athletic, a little pissy and rude hahaha. She broke out into a lope n bit down on the bit and tried to slide to a stop on her knees. So i just calmly pulled her back up n didnt let her stop. We went round and a round and around till i could let her go n she was great. Then we loped all over the arena. It was sooooo much fun. She sure dont wanna slow down now tho so more roundy rounds hahaha. In the end, hrs later i might add, i won! She even had a long walk out after that with a much better head set. But was really high headed for the first hr n a half of serpentines n gait changes n circles just to get her right. Boy it was an easy start on her but i think shes finally showing me just how strong n athletic she can be. She is also in cycle so mabey the hormones were running hot today. Im gonna give her just one day off n do it again hahaha so much fun. But atleast she didnt buck this time! Eeeeh
