I sat down with the treasurer of Rotary today and we went through the final numbers for our event yesterday. We feel we can confidently say that we have raised in excess of $35,000 for melanoma research and patient care. A few bills are yet to come in so it may be the middle of the week before we can get a final figure but it will be more rather than less. Jeff & Sally, Alice & Ben and Rob & Jasmine and I want to thank everyone who came yesterday to support us, either as a volunteer or paying guest, and helped us achieve this fantastic result. There were so many children with us on the day and we sincerely hope that we have helped in a small way those who may be diagnosed with melanoma in the future. Sincerely, Heather Wehl xxx
