I saw a lot of members from the muslim community that wrote a lot of nasty comment on this post and many of them said astaghfirullahaladzim which is I beg Allah for his forgiveness (if im not mistaken). From this we can see that it is true; religion is harmful to a certain extend. I know a muslim who is a gay and he told me that his relatives and friends otracize and treat him with contempt. So i asked this muslim friend of mine a question. I said, Bro, how do you know you are a Gay? Sometimes when my father verbally abuse me, i have an impulse to kill him, but i know that im not a murderer. But why bro, are you so sure that you are a gay? Maybe it is just an impulse that you find another guy attractive, but maybe you are indeed Straight but your impulse has misled you. My muslim friend said Anthony, describe to me how you know you are Straight? Maybe you saw an attractive girl and it was just an impulse that you find her attractive. How are you so sure that you are Straight? Maybe that impulse had misled you. At that moment, i knew, Gay are Gays because they are just Gay, not because they CHOOSE to be Gay. Just like I am Straight because thats the way it is, not because i choose to be Straight. Ladies and gentlemen of the muslim community and anti-gays supporters, how can you hate someone who is Gay??? Is this not sheer and outright discrimination? They are born this way!! Would you hate a black person because his skin color is different from yours and exclaim Astaghfirullahaladzim arrogantly and ignorantly? Is this what you have learnt from the Quran? Is this what you religious leaders had taught you? I urge all of you to think carefully before you post any hurtful comments. The Gay community, I support you for WHO YOU ARE, because I am a God believer who believes that God created every being in this universe, be it the an ant or a whale, EQUAL, with certain unalienable rights and nobody has the right to take away these rights away from them!
