I say screw the calorie counting. If you know youre eating healthy 95% of the time, working out for at least 30 minutes per day with cardio and lifting, drinking at least a gallon of water per day and keeping your sodium low…you WILL see results. Dont drive yourself crazy about whether or not its over your calorie intake or not fitting in your macros for the day. If youre choosing HEALTHY foods…youre good to go. Now if youre choosing unhealthy foods and saying screw the calories then you can expect to see weight gain..just saying ;)
