I sea a lot of posts regarding Ray Rice being terminated/ suspended. Please folks, realize that his wife is the victim..she is in danger. This behavior is often repetitive and can easily morph into other types of abuse. This situation isnt funny at all. It infuriates me that people are on here cracking jokes, debating if Rice should be on their fantasy football, or whether or not this punishment is enough/ too late. I get it FB is a public forum. Folks are entitled to say what they want. But before you write your comments.... REALIZE that his wife is in grave danger. They are supposedly undergoing counseling. You know have a man who is unemployed with a family to support. Chances are that no income plus no benefits (specifically continued counseling) plus being ostracized equals potentially deadly situation. I fear for his wife, especially if in his warped mind he decides to blame her for this situation. Even moreso, I fear for her if she continues to accept this behavior.
