I see a lot of couples breaking up and getting divorced within only a few years into the relationship or marriage. I also had to get out of my marriage because of situations that I had know control over but was controlling me. I am now in my 7th year in a relationship with David Richard Terrell. I know that sometimes things have to end because they are just too bad, but when I see all the people breaking up over things that can be fixed it sadden me. I look at how long my parents lived together and all the hell they lived through together and I try every day to fight through every situation that we go through. They were together for 57 years. I hope that I can be with my love for that long.
