I see a madness infecting some Christians that I have never seen before in almost a quarter of a century of ministry. Pet theologies and beliefs with no Biblical support or a twist on Bible truth are their basis - and this madness seems to be breaking out everywhere. And those who are caught up in these things are almost unreachable - and are certainly hostile and aggressive. It confirms to me again the absolute importance of ensuring that our faith, our beliefs, doctrines and theology are rooted deep into the Word of God. If you are not sure on something then study, pray and meditate before making a hard intractable stand. And just because someone charismatic presents something does not make it truth. Sell your soul dearly. Work out what you believe SOLELY from the Bible. If it doesnt fit in Scripture then it shouldnt fit in you. It is becoming increasingly important for born again Christians to be in concerted and intense study of the Bible. With the Holy Spirit you will find truth and avoid deadly deceptions.
