I see everybody posting about their thankfulness, which is nice. Instead of doing something daily Ill just throw this out here all at once. Im thankful for the usual stuff that gets said every single year: job, health, home, food on the table, yada yada yada. Im thankful for the friends I have had forever and those that I havent known very long. Im thankful that I had opportunities others take for granted. Im thankful that I work with a group of lovely ladies. But aside from all of that, Im seriously thankful for Chris. Weve only been together for about a year, but it has been one hell of a year. He stuck around when I thought I was a mess and showed me that Im worth more than I thought I was. Not a day goes by that he doesnt tell me how amazing he thinks I am. He makes it a point to give me a big hug when I get home every day. He accepts who I am, even though I can be a little crazy. He pays attention to the small stuff, which surprisingly means more than I thought it did. I could go on and on about how amazing this year has been despite the roadblocks, brick walls and pit stops. I know one thing is for sure though, no matter what happens now and what happened in the past, Im not in it alone and that means the world. Also, thanks Mrs. Michaeline for raising such an amazing boy who grew up to be a great man. :)
