I see people are posting the things you dont know about me... so what the heck, heres 20 things you may not know about me: 1. When I was 5 years old, I was obsessed with American Presidents; I’m very good with Presidential trivia and to this day, I can still name every American President in order from George Washington to Barack Obama without looking at a full list of their names. 2. Also when I was 5, I was fascinated with the legendary Hollywood character actor Claude Rains after seeing his role in the 1943 film of “The Phantom of the Opera”. He was partially the reason why I originally thought I wanted to be an actor. 3. When I was 11, my dad took me to visit my aunt in Hollywood and we toured the city and I think that’s when I decided I wanted to work in movies. 4. When I was 12, I could draw maps of the entire world, and name just about every country and what continent they are on. 5. Some people think my name is Jonathan. It isn’t. It’s John. I do have two nick names though: Johnny and Johnboy. 6. I have Asperger syndrome. 7. Out of high school, I started my own film production company, Film Regions International. 10 years later, it has slowly grown. I have associates and partners that I work with and network with from around the world. 8. My second career choice was to become a spy. After I finished my entertainment studies at UCLA, I took a couple of classes that dealt with espionage and counter-terrorism. 9. I’m currently single. Don’t know if I’ll ever find the girl of my dreams. 10. I run into complete strangers all the time who think that I bare a resemblance to actor Josh Hartnett. 11. I’ve had suicidal thoughts before and tried to do it at least once. 12. I’m an open critic (gee, what a surprise) of our government in general, mainly with the two party system; the Federal Reserve banking system, DHS, the NSA and particularly, Foreign Policy affairs (I took and passed the Foreign Service Officer Test). 13. I do not recognize Kosovo’s status as an independent nation. I believe it is rightfully part of Serbia due to its historical Orthodox Christian culture. 14. I love reading about world history, particularly the Cold War era. 15. I can tell you the history and origins of terrorist organizations currently operating in the Middle East including al-Qaeda, Hamas and Hezballah how they differ from one another. 16. I can tell you about the lives and the psychology of several dictators of the 20th century particularly Joseph Stalin (Soviet Union), Pol Pot (Cambodia), Nicolae Ceausescu (Romania), Slobodan Milosevic (Yugoslavia) and Moammar Gaddafi (Libya). 17. I’m actively involved in civic leadership/local governmental politics. I’ve also ran for a public office several times. 18. I’m a third generation member of the Kern Valley Exchange Club which is part of the National Exchange Club, a fraternal organization dedicated to community service and prevention of child abuse (not to mention I think I’m one of the youngest Club Presidents in the entire country). 19. I own way too many DVDs and thousands of VHS tapes (yes, they were still in existence when I was a kid). 20. Last year, I sliced the top off of my middle finger on my left hand… I can’t tell you how aggravating it is!
