I see that I havent posted in a long time! We are still here and cooking! We have had lots of catering for Valentines and other events. That is finally slowed down and now we are doing Cinnamon Roll Fundraisers. 250 pans this week for LCHS FBLA. Due to the snowday today, I didnt get to start on them, so got some frozen entrees restocked. Chicken Noodle, Chicken Cheezer Pleezer and Chicken Enchiladas today. I also have lasagna, chicken pot pie, Barbeque Meatballs, Fricadillies, and Chicken Bundles in the freezer. We have been selling lots of these, so let me know if you want to stock your freezer.
