I see that RBA, zombies and MalaysiaInsider has started to spin - TopicsExpress

I see that RBA, zombies and MalaysiaInsider has started to spin the WikiLeaks story and try to implicate Najib, Pak Lah and Tun M as saying that they are involved in corruption over Australias super-injunction. These people are very irresponsible and not telling the full truth. These are the facts: 1) Wikileaks clearly said that to prevent damage to Australias international relations that may be caused by the publication of material that may damage the reputations of specified individuals who are not the subject of charges in these proceedings. The key word is NOT subject to these investigations - NOT. Which means that those names listed are NOT involved in these investigations and Australia govt does not want their own media and tabloids to simply speculate and hurt relations. These 17 high-profile individuals on the suppression list included past and present prime ministers of Malaysia. Also on the list are Vietnamase President Truong Tan San, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono and former Indonesian president Megawati Sukarnoputri. 2) These cases were related to incident from 1999 to 2004 and in 2009, the Australian Federal Police and the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) to begin separate probes and in 2010 the MACC already detained three individuals linked to it - including a businessman and a high level BNM officer. Conclusion: This is an old story and MACC already acted on it and very clearly the 17 individuals named in the injunction including Najib and other Malaysians are NOT subject to investigations. Repeat... NOT subjected to investigations. The big fuss about this news is that Wikileaks wants to whack the Australian Govt for suppressing freedom of speech - which is a big deal to them. theguardian/world/2014/jul/30/wikileaks-australia-super-injunction-bribery-allegations P.S. Be very careful reading news articles on MalaysiaInsider as they are very naughty!
