I see these really pretty entrances to gorgeous houses, and the way they decorate their doorways is so amazing. I look at them, and in my heart I go like “I want one of these ethnic and chic look for my main door too”. I mean when people look at this doorway filled with flats, they should look at mine and go “Yes, this looks like her house… it reflects her taste”. So I decided to post a write up on how people design their entrances – after all its the first impression your house makes! What I am doing to decorate my entrance is a name-board and a painting that talks about my artistic nature. I picked the Peacock and Surya theme: The top picture of a peacock in its glory and the second painting serves as the Name-Board, with a surya! No surprises that I used Madhubani Painting. It seems to be my favorite form of art these a days. I am planning to get them framed separately in wooden frames. This is the layout that I would be using after having them framed. I would put up pictures when that is done, but I thought it would be nice to share these pictures while I am at it. :)
