I see water flowing into the city of Barrie. It is preparation water, clearing the path for a new wave of God. God is showing me great visitations are going to happen in the city. We are going to encounter God so intimately that every pore in our body is going to open to receive him. The dirt from the day nor the dirt of a hardened heart is going to hinder him. Soften clean hearts surrendered before God. I see people coming from all over the nation to encounter God in BARRIE! As soon as Jesus was baptised, he went up out of the water. At that moment heaven was opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and lighting on him. And a voice from heaven said, this is my Son whom I love; with him I am well pleased. Matthew 3:16-17
