I seek rest tonight. My niece Theresa Garner (ReRe) was critically injured in a car accident involving a motorcycle. Her vehicle stopped on the expressway. While pulling over to the right shoulder. A motorcycle coming around the bend rear-ended her vehicle causing the rider’s body to hit her and her boyfriend. She suffered broken bones and internal injuries. She is in the ER as I type this. So I seek rest. “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 NLT thank God that there were no fatalities. I seek prayer for the divine healing my niece, her boyfriend and the rider of the motorcycle. God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear when earthquakes come and the mountains crumble into the sea. Let the oceans roar and foam. Let the mountains tremble as the waters surge! A river brings joy to the city of our God, the sacred home of the Most High. God dwells in that city; it cannot be destroyed. From the very break of day, God will protect it. Psalms 46:1-5 NLT
