I sent an email to Best Buy two days ago regarding a laptop I bought January, 2014. It suddenly stopped working last weekend for no reason at all. I have not yet received a reply to the email. I took the laptop and the receipt to the Best Buy on Piedmont Road in Atlanta, GA. I was told by two managers that they could not refund my money. But they did not tell me WHY they could not refund my money. The laptop is defective. There is no reason they couldnt refund my money and return the defective laptop to Toshiba. I am stuck with a computer that I have had less than 90 days that does not work. Thanks to Best Buy, the money I spent on the computer is in the garbage!
