I shared this with my team earlier, but I cant keep quiet about it... Its just too amazing not to share with the rest of my friends and family. Here goes... the Urdenta family (Monat founders) are so completely and utterly generous with us!! They treated us better than family (lol) and or celebrities. All expenses paid flights, no issues, $500 night hotel, limo to and from airport. Celebrity Speaker Rita Davenport rode in the huge limo with us as we cheered with champagne to party all night. They had professional photographers and videographers following us all night. When we got out of the limo they had a red carpet with the Urdenta family, Founder, CEO, President of the company and the wonderful people from corporate lined up on both sides doing a huddle over our heads, yelling and screaming.. by the time many of us got inside we had glassy eyes, it was so overwhelming. They closed down a really cool restaurant and bar downtown for the night and had it packed full with celebrity hair stylists, Monat models, and MPs. Food, nothing off limits at bar all night, they even made a Motini cocktail for us!! Which was purple and tasted a little too good!! The band was so awesome the stylists did shows for us to music, We listened to music, danced, partied, socialized, ate and got to hear Rita speak. Louis spoke too and wow!! I have never been more impressed, he has a burning desire to turn every last one of us into millionaires, to empower us... when he was done talking, I dont think there was a dry eye in the house!! We got called onto the stage, they presented us with roses, and a card with a special message and gift card in there... got back to the hotel very late.. where there was a bottle of wine and glasses waiting in our rooms with a congrats and thank you message. No detail left undone! The next morning we all met with the family and Rita for breakfast in a private room off of the Rest breakfast buffet area. Rita gave us all her latest book and signed them for each of us.. pics the whole bit. Then off to training. I think someone should speak up and ask them to have the training first and party second... everyone was exhausted, but the training was great and well worth it! It was nice to put a face to all of the friendly and helpful people we talk to at home office. Everyone is so friendly and super-supportive. The thing that resonated with me most after that action-packed time.. was all of Louiss speeches. He has the biggest heart, he doesnt need another dollar ever to live extremely well the rest of his life,or for his children or his childrens children... but he truly wants to share it. He wants All of us, all of YOU ... anyone that has a dream and a desire... ALL to do as well as he has!! He wants to give back and pay it forward!! Remember that goal is not too far fetched, he started with less than nothing,from a very poor family, going door to door with a pink tupperware bag, selling tupperware out of it just to be able to eat and support his family when he was just a teenager. Hes such an inspiration and has surrounded himself and the company with people that have the same aspirations!!! Congratulations to each and every one of us for having found this amazing business!!! Lets do this !!! For those of you still thinking about it or think its not for you.. you might want to just take a leap of faith. Im just a regular person just like you... but I have changed. I have been empowered and things will never be the same!
