I sincerely hope yall had a nice Thanksgiving Day! I sure did! It was wonderful in every way! The day was spent with the dearest people since I made the move to our beautiful North Carolina mountains! When I met my sweet friend and new sister, Teresa Stanley Barnwell through my beloved daughter, Ansley, I instantly liked her! She is such fun! We connect in a way where there is a quiet understanding, and a deep rooted respect for one another, not to mention the ever growing love we share. When I count my blessings, I count my friend, Teresa and her lovely family twice! The food was incredible yall! All three of her beloved daughters look like she spit them out...and they are so like her in their precious mannerisms! They are all three delightful! Must say though, Martha is shared by Teresa and me...she is some kind of special! It goes without saying, Landon is my go to guru! Every woman needs a young man in her life like him! I think the man can do anything! Teresas and Huberts grandchildren are all three beautiful...so glad I finally got to meet Mattie, princess of tea parties! The house was filled with laughter...just love to hear children giggle, dont you? And the fellowship...oh my...I have grown to dearly love my new brother, Hubert! If I could just clone him! I thank you, Teresa and Hubert...for one of the best Thanksgivings I have ever had! It truly was a wonderful day...and it, like yall, mean the world to me!
