I smiled as my resident bunnies scampered under the fir trees this morning. They are enjoying the cool air as much as I am! It promises to be a beautiful day and for that I am thankful! I enjoyed every minute of mowing the home farm and singing to my Ipod yesterday. The sunshine was delicious as I enjoyed the fresh air! Alyson and Beth Ann helped with getting the horses feet done in the morning. I love those two together….so sweet! Jacob had football early. He came to work with his 4H goats late morning. He has them walking really well! I was mowing by noon as everyone went their separate ways. I enjoyed some quiet on my deck in the afternoon. Jacob came down to visit around 4 then rode to town with Grandpa to do some errands. He helped in the farm shop till time to go to a birthday bonfire last evening. Alyson and I did the feeding after she worked with Sophie. I love the confidence she has with that sweet mare! Kevin went to the Yankeetown Farm to replant some beans he wasn’t pleased with. He will finish that up after work today, hopefully before the rain moves in tomorrow. We also have a grad party for my great nephew, Hayden. He is such a great kid and we are all very proud of him.
