I sometimes complain about being a single mom. I question myself what did I do wrong?. I am always tired feeling like I have the whole world on my shoulders and the responsibility of making sure my girls get an education and become independent young ladies. I just made the decision not to complain about it anymore. Why? Because I have learned to do things on my own that I never knew I could. From taking the pipes under the kitchen sink apart to unclog them to fixing closets and getting up on tall ladders to change light bulbs. For all the single moms out there, I know it is hard but do not give up, you can do it, if I can do it you can do it too. Thanks mom and dad for putting me in that plane to Montreal kicking and screaming when I was just 18. At that time I did not understand why, I do now, that was the beginning of the new me, the independent me. Yes things did not work out as in fairly tales but you know what? I am ok with it, I have learned how much you can do when you have to and if everything fails I can also be a handy woman🔧🔩🔨. Lol. Thank you to all my friends that put up with me when I am not having a good day. I love you all ❤️❤️❤️.
