I sometimes wish I had died in the house fire, this is much too stressful and I dont know how much more I can take. The lightening strike that hit the motor home and tree after the fire, has me scared to death to live here. I call shitty effing ALLSTATE insurance to see how much money I can get if I just bail out and sell the property as is. they told me since I hired an adjuster, they are not allowed to talk to me. probably because I mentioned desperately seeking an attorney to take legal action against the adjuster AND effing ALLSTATE. Besides losing my home, pets and every thing I own, effing ALLSTATE dropped me, after 30 yrs of home and 35 years of car insurance they gladly accepted. Now I found out the home I fell in love with in NC is in a predominately african american community. I could care less about what color or nationality people are, but since Im a white female from NY, I dont see how I would be easily accepted into this southern community. (the broker basically said I would be a target) Im sorry but here in NY we are all different nationalities/color and its just wrong to judge people. I never owned a plantation or slaves. My friends are all different colors and races. I think I have to pass on buying this home because I couldnt just decide to leave after I purchase it. whats wrong with people that they judge people by skin? color?!!
