I spent a few twenty-something years of construction sites. Where even Cousin Its sister would get catcalled. Once in a while Id stop and calmly approach them. And, smiling but direct, ask them if theyd do the same to their mother, grandmother or daughter. One or two of the guys would try to keep the bravado up, but there would ALWAYS be one--you can tell by the look in his eyes--who would get the point. Hed get my focus, Id ignore the others. If he apologized, sometimes Id even do a little very tame flirting with him only - to show that being decent enough to feel guilty and stand up like a real gentlemen in front of the guys is a far more likelly way to get a guy the lovin-ish stuff! Best of all, as the guys got to know this about me, more than a few came around in time.
