I spent most of the day with Quest Diagnostics and Insurance company over a claim from 3 years ago, in talking to them Quest had billed Blue Shield instead of Blue Cross, which they had previously done correctly until this time after about an hour and a half telling them it was not my fault they billed the wrong Insurance, the lady says hold on a minute I will be right back, then comes back on the line and turns out they made a typo in my card number, and tells me Quest is going to take care of it and call the collection company and state we owe nothing, after the call I told her I thought Obama care had started.
