I spent the morning in the monkey pool. What a water feature. I want one now. Had so much fun. Had my first Blue Hawaiian and it wasnt even Noon . My kids promised Id write something really special if I had another one....Grandkids are a real joy. Days like this I miss my mom so much. She would have loved doing this. And she never got to do this with my kids because she was ill for her last 14 years of her life. Feeling so blessed (and tired), but life is good when you can just sit back, feel the warm breeze, and listen to the chattering play of children all around you. My son-in-law reminded me that there had been 2000 2-year-olds in the water yesterday. And yup, they had to close one of the pools down. Diagnosis: diaper at the bottom. I spent a lot of time in that pool today...but Im having so much fun, I think Im immune.
