I started 2014 at 180 pounds, which was too much weight for my stature. Im now down to 160 pounds with 20 more pounds to go to be at my healthy weight zone. I did nothing extraordinary, I simply changed my eating habits, exercise more, and get more rest and sleep consistently. Now, I have more energy and feel better at 42 than I did at 22 or 32! And as an added bonus, as soon as I started taking better care of my eating habits, my hair and nails started to grow longer and stronger, and my skin cleared up. People, take care of your body, it is the only one you get to live in this side of heaven. And no matter how anointed, gifted, talented, blessed or called you are, if you destroy your health, you are of no Kingdom Use! Love you much, Dr.SYS #IWantTheBest4You
