I started my Retail experience here at this Mall. At Belk Lindsey in 1989.left after 3 years. Got recruited to Lerners as a store Manager for 4 years. While working there I was engaged and Married in 1992. While there shared some of my retail experience with Chambers Jewlers part time. Then John from Omni Music asked for me to Come work for him. In those years I got pregnant and had Brian. Then left the mall for the Busy life and Big money in Orlando. Hated it and came back ti Miracle City Mall and Managed the Body Shop till the day it closed. :(. Then went Part time back at Omni Music. My life in Retail started here. ALL the days I would go and eat at Daves and all the years watching Brian run around the stores as if he owned them. It was family there and I LOVED everyone at every store. 13 years of my life was here!. Sad to watch this video. Literally breaks my heart. I was 10years old when I was going to the movies here. Felt so grown up being dropped off. This place will be missed to ME!! Looking forward to the new Chapter BUT will NEVER forget where my roots started.. I will miss you Miracle City Mall!!..
