I started my plexus journey June 2012, and at first all I lost was inches, lots. I didnt measure myself, but I went by how my clothes was fighting me.. well at the time I have tried every diet on the market, from diet doctors-shots with the Adipex diet pill, to Atkins, Slimfast, then I have had several surgeries over the past years and in turn made me depressed and gained lots of lbs. so long story short, I lost inches first for 6 months, then stop for a month to restart my body and then my pounds started coming off :).. so far I have lost 60 lbs in 10 months and lots of inches.. I have helped a lot of people get healthy and that makes my heart smile. I was using this product only to see if it would control my tremors in my hand and the rest was just an added bonus! Since Plexus I have not seen my family doctor in 20 months now and that makes me real excited. Because b4 Plexus I stayed in the doctors office with a cold, throat infection, ear infection, you name it. and the funny thing the last time I was there I told him lets schedule surgery right now and him do a tonsillectomy on me because I was tired of seeing him for my throat. and he said No, because I could still get and infection.. so I said forget it.. then I came across Plexus and have never looked back. My mission is for everyone I meet to know about Plexus so they to can stop going to their family doctor and finally get well and just feel amazing..
