I stayed true to HostGator for way too long. They slid downhill rapidly after they were bought up by the Endurance International Group. After much research, I switched to BigScoots and Im extremely happy with them. Their customer service is responsive, fast and extremely knowledgeable and my WP sites are running faster than they ever were with HostGator. When I eventually switched, I anticipated no end of hassle and downtime, but that wasnt the case. BigScoots took care of everything, all the sites, add-on domains, email addresses, etc. And best of all, visitors to my sites have actually been contacting me to complement me on their fast loading and general speed.
