Sometimes somethings make no sense...but then again FLORIDA...LOL No one is forcing anyone to smoke, or eat 10 Whoppers a day, or drink 12glns of soda a day! At what point are people responsible for themselves? And if these items kill, why not take them off the shelves if youre going to allow people to sue?
