I still say regardless he should still be charged for the simple fact he was on Nieghborhood Watch.Watch means to Observe,he had NO business carrying a Gun on a Watch.He is NOT a Cop.Next he also had NO Business even getting out of his car again he was on a Watch.He had to have a walkie-talkie to call in any thing suspicious which he dhould have done.There fore he violated every rule of Nieghborhood Watch and should be charged regardless of who is Black or who is white..............
