I strongly dislike when people speak about things they do not understand... domestic violence in particular... if u havent been through it, you wont understand... there is so much more to it than what happens to the flesh... and just because you leave doesnt mean ur free... it has been almost 5 years since I decided it was enough... and there are still things I struggle with... my advice to anyone that knows someone that is going through it... dont tell them they are stupid for staying... they know... and a ur doing is drilling into their heads the same negativity that the person that is abusing them is... when u are that broken that someone beating u doesnt phase u.. the last thing u need is someone telling u how wrong u are... be a friend.. listen, reminisce about what they did before the relationship and how fun and happy and.good things were... it wont stop over night... but women who go through it forget who they are and their value.. and dont talk about the person they are with... it doesnt help... #besomebodiesblessing
