I submitted a formal request (after some run around) at Walmart: May I have permission to hand out Bibles at the front entrance? I will stay in my chair, not asking for money, wont accost anyone. Asking for Gods will on the decision. I also told the lady (in writing) I didnt care what day this happened, Id leave it up to her if it met with her approval. Long story short, I have a cheerleader who will talk to management on my behalf when handing over the note. :D Good news, no one said no or shook their head on hearing my proposal. They just kept sending me to someone else.
